Management of Lacrimal Conditions :
Ocular Surface Problems : There might be inflammation , dryness or irregularities of the surface of the eyeball, leading to an uncomfortable eye. This in turn can cause watery eyes, infection and constant irritation and social embarassment. This is very much treatable and requires specialist management.

Watery Eyes : This can be due to either over production of tears or obstruction in the flow of tears. This again is treatable with specialist care and intervention as required.

Small Tear Duct Openings : This is often missed and is a common cause of watery eyes. This can be treated quite effectively by surgical and non surgical procedures.

Blocked Tear Ducts: This can happen anytime starting at birth and right up to old age. There are various causes and it needs specialist assessment and management. Again this is mostly surgical but needs expert advice and acre.
